- Commencement and Duration: The Computer Engineer shall commence duties on 1 July 2025 at the buyer's premises located at 42 Rue de la République, 69002 Lyon, France. The primary engagement period under this Purchase Order is twelve (12) months, with the option to extend by mutual written agreement.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in quarterly installments of EUR 32,580.00 (including VAT), due within thirty (30) days of the end of each calendar quarter. The Computer Engineer shall complete all in-progress tasks and deliver all documentation within thirty (30) days of the termination notice.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Lyon, France.
