4.1 This Purchase Order is binding upon acceptance by both parties and shall govern all professional services rendered by the Computer Engineer during the contract period. The Computer Engineer shall report directly to the Chief Technology Officer of TechSolutions France S.A.S. at the France Paris headquarters.
4.2 Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice issuance. All payments shall be made via SEPA bank transfer to the account designated by the Supplier. Invoices shall be issued in Euros (EUR) in accordance with French invoicing regulations (Article 286 of the French General Tax Code).
4.3 The Computer Engineer shall comply with all French labor laws, including the 35-hour weekly working standard, mandatory paid leave entitlements (minimum 25 working days per year), and all applicable collective bargaining agreements (conventions collectives) relevant to the engineering sector in France Paris.
4.4 Intellectual property developed by the Computer Engineer during the term of this Purchase Order shall vest exclusively in TechSolutions France S.A.S. in accordance with French intellectual property law (Code de la Propriété Intellectuelle).
4.5 Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 60 days' written notice. In the event of termination, all outstanding invoices for services rendered up to the termination date shall be settled within 30 days.
