1. Payment Terms: Invoices shall be submitted monthly in arrears. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt via SEPA bank transfer to the account specified by the Supplier. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate under German law (HGB § 288).
2. Commencement Date: Services under this Purchase Order shall commence on 1 August 2025 at the Supplier's designated workstation in Germany Frankfurt.
3. Work Location: All services shall be rendered primarily at the Buyer's facility in Germany Frankfurt (Mainzer Landstraße 142). Remote work is permitted up to two days per week with prior written approval.
