The Computer Engineer shall be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of embedded systems, firmware, and hardware-software integration modules critical to our product line. The engagement is structured as a 12-month contract with the option to extend for an additional 12 months upon mutual written agreement.

The Computer Engineer shall report directly to the Head of Engineering at the India Bangalore office and shall be expected to work a standard 48-hour work week (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST) with availability for critical project deadlines as communicated by the project management team.

• The Computer Engineer must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution in India or abroad.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in embedded systems design, firmware development, and hardware-software co-design is mandatory for the Computer Engineer role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in C/C++, Python, Verilog/VHDL, and experience with ARM, RISC-V, or x86 architectures is required of the Computer Engineer.
• The Computer Engineer must be legally eligible to work in India Bangalore and must possess a valid PAN, Aadhaar, and bank account for salary disbursement.
• Strong understanding of PCB design, signal integrity, power management, and real-time operating systems (RTOS) is expected of the Computer Engineer.

• Payment Terms: Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made on a monthly basis within 15 days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the supplier. All payments shall be processed via NEFT/RTGS to the supplier's designated bank account in India Bangalore.
• Delivery / Commencement: The Computer Engineer shall report for duty at the India Bangalore office no later than 1 July 2025. The supplier shall ensure all onboarding formalities are completed prior to this date.
• Confidentiality: The Computer Engineer shall be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement as per the standard terms of TechNova Solutions Pvt. Ltd. All work product created by the Computer Engineer during the engagement shall be the sole property of the purchasing entity.
• Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the supplier shall facilitate a smooth transition and knowledge transfer for the Computer Engineer role.
• Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India Bangalore, Karnataka.
• Compliance: The supplier warrants that the Computer Engineer shall comply with all applicable Indian labor laws, including the Payment of Wages Act, the Employees' Provident Funds Act, and the Professional Tax regulations applicable in the state of Karnataka, India Bangalore.
• Performance Review: The Computer Engineer shall undergo a formal performance review at the end of each quarter. Failure to meet the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) may result in renegotiation or termination of this Purchase Order.
