1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between PT Nusantara Digital Solutions and PT Teknologi Cerdas Indonesia for the provision of a Computer Engineer to operate within the Indonesia Jakarta business district for a period of twelve (12) months commencing 1 July 2025.
2. The Computer Engineer shall comply with all applicable Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and professional standards as enforced in Indonesia Jakarta. This includes adherence to the Indonesian Manpower Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and all local ordinances specific to the Indonesia Jakarta municipal jurisdiction.
3. Payment shall be processed in monthly installments via bank transfer to the account designated by the supplier. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-JKT-2025-00472) to be processed. Late payments beyond the Net 30 window shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month.
