7. The Service Provider shall maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ILS 2,000,000, valid throughout the project duration in Israel Jerusalem.
8. Force majeure events, including but not limited to national security directives issued by the State of Israel affecting operations in Israel Jerusalem, shall suspend obligations under this Purchase Order without penalty to either party.
9. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to mediation in Israel Jerusalem before proceeding to formal litigation.
