Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order (PO-2025-TLV-04782) constitutes a binding agreement between Levant Digital Solutions Ltd. and Negev Engineering & Technology Partners for the provision of Computer Engineer professional services in Israel Tel Aviv.
- All Computer Engineer personnel assigned under this Purchase Order must hold valid Israeli professional engineering licenses and possess a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in enterprise IT infrastructure.
- The vendor shall ensure that all Computer Engineer staff comply with Israeli labor laws, including the Minimum Wage Law, the Hours of Work and Rest Law, and all applicable social security (Bituach Leumi) contributions.
- Work shall be performed primarily at the buyer's facility located in Israel Tel Aviv, Dizengoff Street 45. Remote work arrangements may be discussed but require prior written approval under this Purchase Order.
- Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Israeli commercial law.
- The vendor warrants that all Computer Engineer services shall be performed in a professional, workmanlike manner and in accordance with industry best practices and applicable Israeli technical standards (SII – Standards Institution of Israel).
- Confidentiality: All Computer Engineer personnel shall sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) prior to commencing work. All proprietary data, system architectures, and business information of Levant Digital Solutions Ltd. shall remain strictly confidential.
- This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of termination, the vendor shall be compensated for all Computer Engineer services rendered up to the termination date.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Tel Aviv, Israel, in accordance with the Israeli Arbitration Law, 5728-1968. The governing law shall be the laws of the State of Israel.
- Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal modifications shall not be valid.
