This Purchase Order is issued by MedTech Solutions S.r.l., a technology and medical-device integration firm headquartered in Italy Naples, for the engagement of a qualified Computer Engineer to provide specialized technical services in the design, implementation, and maintenance of embedded computing systems, network infrastructure, and industrial automation platforms. The Computer Engineer shall operate primarily from the company's facilities in Italy Naples and shall report directly to the Chief Technology Officer. The scope of this Purchase Order encompasses all professional duties, deliverables, and on-site presence required to fulfill the engineering objectives outlined in Section 2 below.

The Computer Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties within the Italy Naples operational environment:

Design and architecture of embedded computer systems for medical diagnostic equipment manufactured at the Naples production facility.
Development of firmware and low-level software for industrial control units deployed across the Italy Naples manufacturing campus.
Network infrastructure planning, implementation, and security hardening for all company premises located in Italy Naples, including the main office on Via Toledo and the secondary laboratory on Via Coroglio.
Integration of computer engineering solutions with existing SCADA and PLC systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational continuity.
Conduct of regular system audits, performance benchmarking, and preventive maintenance schedules as dictated by the Purchase Order timeline.
Preparation of technical documentation, system schematics, and compliance reports in accordance with Italian and European engineering standards (UNI/CEI, EN 61508, IEC 61508).
Mentorship and technical oversight of junior engineering staff based in the Italy Naples office.

This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between MedTech Solutions S.r.l. and the named Computer Engineer upon countersignature by both parties. All terms are governed by the Italian Civil Code (Codice Civile) and applicable professional regulations of the Ordine degli Ingegneri di Napoli.
The Computer Engineer shall maintain valid professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 500,000 EUR throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
All work product, including designs, code, documentation, and intellectual property developed under this Purchase Order, shall be the exclusive property of MedTech Solutions S.r.l. The Computer Engineer assigns all related rights upon delivery.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the account specified by the Computer Engineer within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by Italian law (Legge 192/1998).
The Computer Engineer shall be available on-site at the Italy Naples facility a minimum of five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 08:30 and 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break.
Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Computer Engineer shall deliver all work-in-progress materials and documentation to the company within seven (7) business days.
All personal data processed under this Purchase Order shall comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Italian Data Protection Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003 as amended by D.Lgs. 101/2018).
Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts of Naples, Italy, in accordance with Italian procedural law.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Computer Engineer in Italy Naples. This document is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue, after which it shall be considered void unless countersigned.
