1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between TechNova Solutions S.r.l. and the named Computer Engineer upon signature by both parties. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Italian Civil Code (Codice Civile, Libro IV — Contratti) and applicable professional engineering regulations in force in Rome, Italy.
2. The Computer Engineer shall maintain valid professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 500,000 EUR throughout the duration of the engagement, as required for engineering services performed in Italy Rome.
3. Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 50% upon completion of the installation supervision phase (Item 03), and 20% upon final acceptance of all deliverables and submission of compliance documentation to the relevant authorities in Rome, Italy.
4. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the Computer Engineer, in accordance with Italian anti-money-laundering regulations (D.Lgs. 231/2007).

8. This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement of both parties. Any such amendment shall reference this original Purchase Order number (PO-2025-ROME-00472) and be executed in the same formal manner.
