All work products, source code, design documents, and intellectual property generated by the Computer Engineer during the engagement period shall be the sole property of Osaka Digital Infrastructure Co., Ltd.
2. Qualification Requirements: The Computer Engineer must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in hardware design, embedded systems, or network engineering is required. The Computer Engineer must demonstrate proficiency in C/C++, Verilog, Python, and relevant industry-standard development environments.

The total Purchase Order value of JPY 15,290,000 shall be disbursed according to the milestone schedule outlined in Appendix A. 4. Working Hours & Location: The Computer Engineer shall adhere to the standard working hours of 09:00 to 18:00 (Japan Standard Time), Monday through Friday, at the Japan Osaka office. Overtime work exceeding ten (10) hours per week requires prior written approval and shall be compensated at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate as stipulated under Japanese labor law.
5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure: The Computer Engineer is bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary information, client data, system designs, and operational procedures encountered during the engagement in Japan Osaka. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of three (3) years.
6. Termination Clause: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of termination, the Computer Engineer shall complete all in-progress deliverables and submit a comprehensive handover report. Payment shall be made for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
7.
