The following terms govern this Purchase Order and the engagement of the Computer Engineer in Morocco Casablanca:
- Commencement Date: The Computer Engineer shall commence duties no later than 1 August 2025 at the Atlas Digital Solutions office located in Morocco Casablanca, Boulevard Mohammed V.
- Contract Duration: This Purchase Order authorizes a twelve (12) month engagement, renewable by mutual written agreement of both parties. Any renewal shall be documented in a supplementary Purchase Order or amendment.
- Payment Schedule: Invoices shall be submitted monthly in arrears. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's account in Morocco Casablanca within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Moroccan commercial law.

- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government decrees, or pandemics affecting operations in Morocco Casablanca.
