The Computer Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of the Buyer's enterprise computing infrastructure, including but not limited to server architecture, network systems, embedded computing solutions, and hardware-software integration. All work shall be conducted on-site at the Buyer's premises in Netherlands Amsterdam, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

1. Commencement Date: The Computer Engineer shall commence all duties and obligations under this Purchase Order no later than 1 July 2025, at the Buyer's designated workspace in Netherlands Amsterdam.
2. Contract Duration: This Purchase Order shall remain in effect for a period of twelve (12) months from the commencement date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Clause 3.8.
3. Qualifications: The Computer Engineer assigned to this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a directly related discipline, and possess a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in enterprise infrastructure. The Computer Engineer must be legally authorized to work in the Netherlands.
4. Work Location: All services shall be rendered at the Buyer's premises located at Herengracht 450, 1017 CA, Netherlands Amsterdam, during standard business hours (08:30–17:30 CET), unless emergency response is required.
5. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments of €19,415.46 (inclusive of VAT) within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. The first payment shall be due upon successful onboarding of the Computer Engineer in Netherlands Amsterdam.
6. Confidentiality: The Computer Engineer shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary information, system architectures, and business data encountered during the performance of this Purchase Order in Netherlands Amsterdam.
7. Compliance: The Computer Engineer shall comply with all applicable Dutch labor laws, EU data protection regulations (GDPR), and local municipal regulations governing professional services in Netherlands Amsterdam.
8. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of material breach, termination may be effected immediately upon written notice. Upon termination, all deliverables and work-in-progress shall be handed over to the Buyer.
9. Warranty: All hardware and software solutions implemented by the Computer Engineer under this Purchase Order shall carry a minimum warranty period of twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance.
