Scope of Purchase
This Purchase Order is issued by TechNova Solutions Ltd. for the engagement of a qualified Computer Engineer and the procurement of associated hardware, software, and professional services. The engagement is to be carried out at our primary operations centre located in Nigeria Lagos, specifically within the Victoria Island business district. The Computer Engineer shall be responsible for the design, deployment, and maintenance of our enterprise network infrastructure, server systems, and data centre operations across all Nigeria Lagos office locations.

Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between TechNova Solutions Ltd. and Apex Engineering & Technology Services upon signature by both parties. All terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- The Computer Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall report directly to the Chief Information Officer of TechNova Solutions Ltd. and shall operate primarily from the Nigeria Lagos headquarters at Victoria Island, with occasional travel to satellite offices in Lekki and Ikeja.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon delivery and installation of all hardware in Nigeria Lagos, and 20% upon successful completion of the 30-day warranty and commissioning period.
- All hardware items shall be delivered to the Nigeria Lagos site address specified above. The vendor shall bear all shipping, insurance, and customs clearance costs within Nigeria.
- The Computer Engineer shall provide a minimum of 99.5% system uptime guarantee during the contract period. Failure to meet this threshold shall entitle TechNova Solutions Ltd. to a service credit of 2% of the monthly fee per incident.
- Warranty: All hardware carries a minimum 24-month manufacturer warranty. The Computer Engineer service contract includes 12 months of comprehensive support with a maximum 4-hour response time for critical issues in Nigeria Lagos.
- Confidentiality: The Computer Engineer and all vendor personnel shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to accessing any systems, data, or premises in Nigeria Lagos.
- Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
- This Purchase Order is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation by both parties.
Delivery and Installation Location
All goods and services under this Purchase Order shall be delivered and installed at: TechNova Solutions Ltd., 14B Adeola Odeku Street, Victoria Island, Nigeria Lagos, 101241. The Computer Engineer shall coordinate with the site facilities team for access, power connections, and rack mounting. All deliveries to Nigeria Lagos must be scheduled between 08:00 and 16:00 on business days to comply with site security protocols.
