The Computer Engineer assigned to fulfill the obligations under this Purchase Order must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline from a recognized university in Pakistan Islamabad or an internationally accredited institution. The Computer Engineer shall hold a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive professional experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, with at least three (3) years of experience specifically in the Pakistan Islamabad technology sector. Valid certifications in Cisco (CCNP or higher), Microsoft (MCSE or equivalent), and CompTIA Security+ are mandatory prerequisites. 4. DELIVERY AND TIMELINEAll deliverables specified in this Purchase Order shall be completed within the Pakistan Islamabad operational zone. The initial project mobilization for the Computer Engineer shall commence within ten (10) business days of the formal acceptance of this Purchase Order. The complete infrastructure deployment across all Pakistan Islamabad sites shall be finalized within a maximum period of one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from the commencement date. Monthly maintenance and support services shall be rendered on a recurring basis throughout the twelve-month contract period, with the Computer Engineer maintaining a response time of no more than four (4) hours for critical incidents affecting operations in Pakistan Islamabad.
5. PAYMENT TERMSPayment against this Purchase Order shall be made in the following installments: twenty-five percent (25%) upon signing and acceptance of this Purchase Order; thirty-five percent (35%) upon successful completion and acceptance of the infrastructure deployment phase in Pakistan Islamabad; twenty-five percent (25%) upon completion of the ERP module development and cybersecurity implementation; and the remaining fifteen percent (15%) shall be disbursed in equal monthly installments during the maintenance and support period. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Pakistan Islamabad. Invoices must be submitted in accordance with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) guidelines applicable to Pakistan Islamabad.
6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes arising from its execution shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940.
- The Computer Engineer shall maintain full confidentiality of all proprietary data, system credentials, and business information accessed during the course of engagement in Pakistan Islamabad. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to project commencement.
- The vendor shall indemnify the buyer against any claims, losses, or damages arising from the negligence, gross misconduct, or breach of contractual obligations by the Computer Engineer or any subcontractor engaged in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Any modification or amendment to this Purchase Order must be documented in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal agreements regarding scope changes in Pakistan Islamabad shall not be binding.
