1. Description of Procurement — Computer Engineer ServicesThis Purchase Order is issued by TechSolutions Asia Pacific Inc. to Manila Engineering Talent Solutions Ltd. for the procurement and placement of a qualified Computer Engineer professional to be deployed at our primary operations center in Philippines Manila. The Computer Engineer shall be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise-level computing infrastructure, software systems, and network architectures that support our client-facing digital platforms across the Philippines Manila metropolitan area and beyond.
The Computer Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field from an accredited institution in the Philippines Manila region or an internationally recognized university. A minimum of five (5) years of progressive professional experience in systems engineering, embedded systems design, or full-stack software development is required. The Computer Engineer must be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) registered with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) of the Philippines, valid for the duration of this Purchase Order.
2. Scope of Work — Computer Engineer ResponsibilitiesThe Computer Engineer placed pursuant to this Purchase Order in Philippines Manila shall perform the following duties:

- This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Philippines Manila.
- The Computer Engineer shall be subject to the labor standards set forth by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) of the Philippines, including but not limited to minimum wage compliance, 13th-month pay, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions as applicable in Philippines Manila.
- Payment under this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Manila Engineering Talent Solutions Ltd. Invoices must be submitted by the 5th of each month for the preceding month's services rendered by the Computer Engineer.
- The Computer Engineer shall be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement covering all work products, designs, code, and documentation created during the term of this Purchase Order.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Computer Engineer shall complete all in-progress deliverables and hand over all project documentation to TechSolutions Asia Pacific Inc. within the Philippines Manila office.
- The Computer Engineer must maintain a valid PRC license throughout the contract period. Failure to do so shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order without penalty to the Buyer.
- All work performed under this Purchase Order shall be conducted primarily at the Philippines Manila headquarters unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Project Director.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to mediation in Philippines Manila before resorting to litigation.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Computer Engineer in Philippines Manila. This document constitutes a binding procurement instrument effective upon the last signature.
