This Purchase Order is issued by Al Rayyan Technology Solutions W.L.L. (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to Global Engineering Talent Partners LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier") for the procurement and engagement of a qualified Computer Engineer to provide specialized technical services at the Buyer's operational facility located in Qatar Doha. The Computer Engineer shall be responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of the Buyer's enterprise computing infrastructure, software systems, and network architecture. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement for the services described herein and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.

The Computer Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties and responsibilities while stationed at the Buyer's premises in Qatar Doha:

The Computer Engineer assigned to fulfill the obligations under this Purchase Order must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field from an accredited university.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of progressive professional experience in enterprise computing, systems architecture, and software development.
• Certification in at least one of the following: PMP, CISSP, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent industry-recognized credential.
• Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages including Python, C++, Java, and SQL, as well as familiarity with cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies.
• Valid Qatar work permit and residency visa (QID) or the Supplier's commitment to secure the same within thirty (30) days of commencement in Qatar Doha.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage for operations in Qatar Doha.

• Payment Schedule: The Buyer shall remit payment to the Supplier within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Invoices shall be submitted on the last working day of each calendar month. All payments shall be made in Qatari Riyal (QAR) via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Qatar Doha.
• Commencement and Termination: Services shall commence on 01 July 2025. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days' written notice. Early termination by the Buyer without cause shall entitle the Supplier to compensation for two (2) months of the contracted fee.
• Confidentiality: The Computer Engineer shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work in Qatar Doha. All proprietary data, system credentials, and business information of the Buyer shall remain strictly confidential.
• Intellectual Property: All software, designs, documentation, and work products created by the Computer Engineer in the course of performing services under this Purchase Order shall be the sole property of the Buyer.
• Compliance: The Supplier and the Computer Engineer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar, including but not limited to the Qatar Labour Law, data protection regulations, and municipal bylaws applicable in Qatar Doha.
• Insurance: The Supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance with a minimum coverage of QAR 5,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order.
• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the rules of the Qatar International Arbitration Centre (QIAC).
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics affecting operations in Qatar Doha.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Computer Engineer to provide professional technical services in Qatar Doha. This document, once executed, shall serve as the definitive procurement instrument governing the relationship between the Buyer and the Supplier.
