• Demonstrated experience working within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with familiarity of local regulatory frameworks including the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) standards and the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) compliance requirements.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with the ability to produce technical documentation in both languages for use in Saudi Arabia Jeddah operations.
• A valid Iqama (residence permit) or willingness to obtain one, and a clean criminal background check as required by Saudi Arabian law.

• 1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
• 2. Commencement: The Computer Engineer shall commence all services no later than 1 July 2025 at the primary office location in Al-Shati District, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
• 3. Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three (3) equal installments: 40% upon project kickoff, 35% upon completion of the infrastructure and cloud migration phases, and 25% upon final acceptance and delivery of all documentation.
