• All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the supplier. No cash payments shall be accepted under this Purchase Order.
• Any late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, calculated on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the Singapore Singapore Technology Holdings Pte. Ltd. financial policies.

• This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore Singapore.
• The Computer Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and intellectual property assignment agreement as prescribed by Singapore Singapore Technology Holdings Pte. • This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement between both parties. No verbal modifications shall be binding. • Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Computer Engineer shall complete all outstanding deliverables and hand over all work-in-progress documentation to the Singapore Singapore Operations Division before the termination date.
