- This Purchase Order is issued by Seoul Tech Infrastructure Co., Ltd. for the procurement of qualified Computer Engineer professional services to be performed exclusively within the South Korea Seoul metropolitan area. All work shall be conducted at the buyer's designated facility in Seongdong-gu, South Korea Seoul, unless otherwise approved in writing.
- The vendor shall ensure that every Computer Engineer assigned to this Purchase Order holds a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a directly related field from an accredited institution. Additional certifications (e.g., PMP, AWS Solutions Architect, Cisco CCIE) are preferred but not mandatory.
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice submission. Invoices must be submitted in KRW and must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-SKL-2025-04871). Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's registered account in South Korea Seoul.
- The Computer Engineer personnel shall comply with all applicable South Korean labor laws, including the South Korea Seoul municipal regulations regarding working hours, overtime compensation, and workplace safety standards. The vendor is solely responsible for employment contracts, social insurance contributions, and statutory benefits for all Computer Engineer staff.
- Confidentiality: All Computer Engineer personnel engaged under this Purchase Order must execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work.
