The Computer Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering (Ingeniería Informática) or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Spanish Ministry of Education, and must possess a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive professional experience in software architecture, systems engineering, and IT infrastructure management. Fluency in both Spanish and English is a mandatory requirement, as the Computer Engineer will be interacting with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies operating within Spain Madrid and across the broader European market.

• 5.1 – This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, specifically the Spanish Civil Code and the applicable labor regulations in force in the Community of Madrid. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
• 5.2 – The Computer Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall comply with all data protection obligations established under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection (LOPDGDD). All work shall be performed within the premises designated in Spain Madrid or as otherwise authorized in writing.
• 5.3 – Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice receipt. Invoices shall be submitted monthly by the 5th business day. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Tecnología Avanzada Consulting S.L. in Madrid, Spain.
• 5.4 – The Computer Engineer shall be subject to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a non-compete clause for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination of this Purchase Order, applicable to the territory of Spain and the European Economic Area.
• 5.5 – Iberia Digital Solutions S.L. reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice in the event of material breach, sustained underperformance, or force majeure circumstances. Upon termination, all company property, credentials, and intellectual property developed by the Computer Engineer shall be returned to the buyer within five (5) business days.
• 5.6 – The Computer Engineer shall be entitled to the statutory leave, public holidays, and social benefits as established by the Spanish Workers' Statute (Estatuto de los Trabajadores) and the applicable collective agreement for the technology sector in Madrid.
• 5.7 – All deliverables, code, documentation, and intellectual property created by the Computer Engineer in the course of performing duties under this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of Iberia Digital Solutions S.L.
• 5.8 – This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid for the duration specified herein unless amended in writing by mutual consent.

The Computer Engineer shall be expected to be present on-site a minimum of four (4) days per week, with the remaining day allocated to remote work as approved by the project manager.
