The Computer Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must satisfy the following minimum qualifications and professional criteria as mandated by the buyer's operational standards in Sudan Khartoum:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a directly related field from an accredited university recognized in the Republic of the Sudan.
- A minimum of five (5) years of progressive professional experience as a Computer Engineer in enterprise-level IT environments, with at least two (2) years of experience working within the Sudan Khartoum technology sector.
- Certification in at least one of the following: Cisco CCNP/CCIE, CompTIA Security+, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent industry-recognized credentials.
- Demonstrated proficiency in network design, server administration, cybersecurity protocols, and cloud infrastructure management.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with the ability to produce all technical documentation in both languages for compliance with Sudan Khartoum regulatory requirements.
- A valid professional license or registration with the Sudanese Engineers Syndicate, current as of the date of this Purchase Order.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Sudan, with all disputes to be resolved through the competent courts of Sudan Khartoum.
- Payment Terms: Payment for the Computer Engineer services shall be made on a monthly basis within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of an approved invoice. All payments shall be processed in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Sudan Khartoum.
- Commencement: The Computer Engineer shall commence duties no later than 1 July 2025 at the buyer's primary office located in Sudan Khartoum. A formal onboarding and orientation period of ten (10) working days shall precede full operational deployment.
- Working Hours: The Computer Engineer shall work a standard schedule of 45 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Sudan Standard Time, with an additional on-call obligation as specified in Item 05 of this Purchase Order.
- Confidentiality: The Computer Engineer shall execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work. All proprietary data, system architectures, and operational information pertaining to the buyer's Sudan Khartoum operations shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written authorization.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of material breach by the Computer Engineer, the buyer reserves the right to terminate immediately upon written notice, with no further compensation owed beyond the last completed month of service.
- Insurance and Liability: The supplier shall maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance covering the Computer Engineer for the full duration of this Purchase Order. The minimum coverage shall be equivalent to 5,000,000 SDG, with the buyer named as an additional insured party.
- Compliance: The Computer Engineer shall comply with all applicable regulations issued by the National Telecommunications Company of Sudan (NTC) and the Sudanese Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, particularly those governing data handling and network operations within Sudan Khartoum.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government-imposed restrictions, or pandemics affecting operations in Sudan Khartoum.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement for the procurement of Computer Engineer services as described herein. The supplier confirms that the Computer Engineer to be assigned meets all stated qualifications and is available for immediate deployment in Sudan Khartoum upon execution of this document.
