The Computer Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties at the Switzerland Zurich premises and, where necessary, at remote Swiss locations:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade software systems and computer hardware infrastructure.
Conduct performance analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of all IT systems deployed in the Zurich office.
Manage network architecture, server configurations, and cybersecurity protocols in compliance with Swiss data protection law (nFADP).
Collaborate with the internal engineering team in Switzerland Zurich to deliver project milestones on schedule.
Prepare technical documentation, system reports, and quarterly performance reviews for senior management.
Ensure all computer systems comply with Swiss regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Payment Terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's account in Switzerland Zurich. All amounts are denominated in Swiss Francs (CHF).
Commencement Date: 1 August 2025. The Computer Engineer shall report to the Switzerland Zurich office on the first business day of the contract period.
Contract Duration: Twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement. This Purchase Order does not constitute a permanent employment contract.
Working Hours: The Computer Engineer shall work a standard 40-hour week in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Working Time, with a maximum of 45 hours per week including overtime.
Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice during the first six months, and 60 days' written notice thereafter. Early termination shall be subject to a penalty of 15% of the remaining contract value.
Confidentiality: The Computer Engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and client data encountered during the engagement in Switzerland Zurich. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is attached as Appendix A.
Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Swiss Confederation, with the Canton of Zurich as the exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising hereunder.
Insurance and Liability: The supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of CHF 1,000,000 for the duration of the Computer Engineer engagement.
Compliance: All services rendered by the Computer Engineer shall comply with Swiss labor law, the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), and applicable cantonal regulations in Zurich.

Important Note: This Purchase Order is specifically tailored for the deployment of a Computer Engineer within the Switzerland Zurich metropolitan area. All on-site services, meetings, and deliverables are to be executed at the address specified above unless otherwise agreed in writing.
