The scope of work encompasses the design, implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance of the enterprise-level computer infrastructure, including but not limited to server architecture, network topology, cybersecurity protocols, and data center management systems.

The Computer Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution, possess a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive professional experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, and hold valid certifications including but not limited to Cisco CCNP, CompTIA Security+, and AWS Solutions Architect Professional. The Computer Engineer must also hold a valid UAE residence visa and be legally authorized to perform professional services within the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi jurisdiction.

• Commencement Date: The Computer Engineer personnel shall report for duty no later than 1 August 2025 at the buyer's premises in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi, Al Reem Island, Corniche Road.
• Contract Duration: Twelve (12) months from the commencement date, subject to mutual renewal upon satisfactory performance review.
• Working Hours: Sunday through Thursday, 08:00 to 17:00 UAE Standard Time (GST, UTC+4), with a one-hour lunch break. After-hours support shall be governed by the retainer terms in Item 04.
• Performance KPIs: The Computer Engineer shall maintain a minimum 99.5% system uptime, respond to critical incidents within 30 minutes, and submit monthly performance reports to the buyer's IT Director.
• Compliance: All services shall be performed in strict accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, the Abu Dhabi Information Security Strategy, and all applicable regulations of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA).

• Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in the United Arab Emirates.
• Each monthly invoice shall be due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of a valid tax invoice.
• A 2% late payment penalty shall apply to any overdue balance, calculated on a per-diem basis.
• All amounts are denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of all applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated.

Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of material breach by the Computer Engineer or the supplier, the buyer reserves the right to terminate immediately upon written notice. Upon termination, the supplier shall ensure a smooth knowledge transfer and handover of all system documentation, access credentials, and project files to the buyer within fourteen (14) days.

This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the federal civil and commercial codes applicable in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Courts or, at the buyer's election, through arbitration administered by the Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre (ADCCAC).

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of Computer Engineer services in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi.
