This Purchase Order is issued by Tashkent Digital Infrastructure LLC for the engagement of a qualified Computer Engineer to provide specialized technical services in the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-level computing infrastructure. The Computer Engineer shall perform all duties and responsibilities as outlined in this document within the city of Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in full compliance with the labor regulations and professional standards established by the Ministry of Digital Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Commercial Code of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the Tashkent International Arbitration Center.
- Place of Performance: All services described in this Purchase Order, including the work of the Computer Engineer, shall be performed at the Buyer's premises located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. The Computer Engineer shall be physically present in Tashkent for a minimum of five (5) working days per week.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in US Dollars via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Invoices shall be submitted monthly, and payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Uzbekistan commercial law.
- Qualification Requirements: The Computer Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution. A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in enterprise IT infrastructure is required. The Computer Engineer must demonstrate proficiency in network engineering, system administration, cybersecurity protocols, and hardware architecture.
- Intellectual Property: All work product, designs, configurations, documentation, and proprietary knowledge developed by the Computer Engineer during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of Tashkent Digital Infrastructure LLC. The Computer Engineer shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of material breach by the Supplier, the Buyer may terminate immediately upon written notice. Upon termination, the Supplier shall deliver all completed work and documentation to the Buyer within fourteen (14) days.
- Compliance with Local Regulations: The Supplier and the Computer Engineer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Uzbekistan, including but not limited to data protection laws, labor codes, tax obligations, and professional licensing requirements for IT specialists operating in Tashkent.
- Warranty and Support: The Supplier warrants that all services rendered by the Computer Engineer shall be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. A warranty period of twelve (12) months shall apply to all hardware installations and system configurations completed under this Purchase Order.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or civil unrest affecting Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Computer Engineer in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon execution by authorized representatives of both parties.
