This Purchase Order is issued by Caracas Digital Infrastructure S.A. to formally request and authorize the engagement of a qualified Computer Engineer to provide specialized technical consulting, system architecture design, and infrastructure deployment services. All on-site services under this Purchase Order shall be performed at the buyer's primary facility located in Venezuela Caracas, specifically at the Caracas Digital Infrastructure S.A. headquarters in Chacao. The Computer Engineer is expected to commence on-site work no later than August 4, 2025, and shall complete all deliverables by November 14, 2025. The supplier is responsible for securing all necessary work permits, visa documentation, and regulatory clearances required for the Computer Engineer to legally perform professional services within Venezuela Caracas. The buyer shall provide reasonable assistance in obtaining local permits through the relevant Venezuelan governmental authorities.
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement upon written acceptance by both parties. No modification to the scope, pricing, or timeline shall be valid unless executed in writing by authorized representatives of both Caracas Digital Infrastructure S.A. and GlobalTech Engineering Solutions LLC.
- The Computer Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall adhere to all applicable Venezuelan labor laws, data protection regulations (Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos Personales), and professional engineering standards as enforced in Venezuela Caracas.
- Payment shall be made in US Dollars via international wire transfer to the account designated by the supplier. Invoices shall be submitted bi-weekly, and payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
- The supplier warrants that the Computer Engineer assigned to this Purchase Order shall not be simultaneously engaged in competing projects and shall devote full professional attention to the buyer's requirements during the contract period.
- All intellectual property, source code, documentation, and technical deliverables produced under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of Caracas Digital Infrastructure S.A. upon full payment.
