The Curriculum Developer engaged under this Purchase Order shall operate primarily from the DEDA headquarters in Bangladesh Dhaka, with field visits to partner schools located in the Dhaka Metropolitan Area. All curriculum materials must be developed in both Bangla and English to ensure accessibility for the diverse student population in Bangladesh Dhaka. The Curriculum Developer is expected to coordinate with the Bangladesh National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB) to ensure full compliance with national educational policies and standards. The project timeline spans 14 months from the date of contract signing, with milestone-based progress reports submitted monthly to the Buyer's Academic Development Division.
5. Payment Terms- Payment shall be made in four (4) milestone-based installments: 25% upon project commencement, 30% upon delivery of the curriculum framework, 30% upon completion of all subject modules and assessment tools, and 15% upon successful completion of the post-implementation review.
- All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Bangladesh Dhaka within fifteen (15) working days of receiving a valid invoice and milestone acceptance certificate.
- The supplier shall issue a tax-compliant invoice in accordance with the Bangladesh National Board of Revenue (NBR) regulations.
- Late payments beyond the stipulated period shall incur a penalty of 0.5% per week, as per standard procurement guidelines in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and the Bangladesh Public Procurement Act, 2006 (as amended).
