All prices are quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate in China Beijing. No additional charges shall apply unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Buyer.

  1. An initial payment of thirty percent (30%) of the total Purchase Order value shall be due within fifteen (15) business days of the signed acceptance of this Purchase Order.
  2. A second installment of forty percent (40%) shall be payable upon successful delivery and acceptance of all curriculum materials for the Mathematics and Science tracks, as verified by the BIEC Academic Review Board in China Beijing.
  3. The remaining thirty percent (30%) shall be disbursed in monthly tranches corresponding to the advisory retainer and workshop sessions, subject to satisfactory performance evaluation.
  4. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in China Beijing. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per calendar day.

  1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in China Beijing.
  2. The Curriculum Developer shall maintain full confidentiality of all proprietary materials, student data, and institutional information encountered during the engagement in China Beijing. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is attached as Appendix A.
  3. All intellectual property rights in the developed curricula, materials, and digital resources shall vest exclusively with the Beijing International Education Consortium upon full payment.
  4. The Curriculum Developer must comply with all applicable regulations of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and local China Beijing educational authorities.
  5. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Supplier shall be compensated for work completed and accepted up to the termination date.
  6. The Supplier warrants that the Curriculum Developer assigned to this project shall not be simultaneously engaged in competing curriculum development work for any other institution in the China Beijing region.
  7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting China Beijing, shall suspend obligations proportionally to the duration of the event.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Curriculum Developer services in China Beijing.
