This Purchase Order is issued by Berlin Educational Innovation GmbH to formally authorize and commission the services of a qualified Curriculum Developer for the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive secondary education curriculum framework. 4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Berlin Educational Innovation GmbH and the named Curriculum Developer. All services shall be rendered in accordance with the professional standards expected of educational professionals operating in Germany Berlin.
4.2 The Curriculum Developer warrants that all deliverables shall be original work, free from intellectual property infringement, and shall comply with the German Copyright Act (Urheberrechtsgesetz, UrhG). All materials produced under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of Berlin Educational Innovation GmbH upon full payment.
4.3 Payment shall be made via SEPA credit transfer to the account designated by the Curriculum Developer. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-BER-04782) and shall be submitted to the accounts payable department at Friedrichstraße 120, 10117 Berlin, Germany.
