The Curriculum Developer shall be responsible for the following scope of work:

• Providing ongoing technical support and curriculum revision services for a period of twelve (12) months following initial delivery.

All prices are quoted in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes, travel expenses within Myanmar Yangon, and material costs. No additional charges shall be incurred without prior written approval from the Buyer.

• Milestone 1 (30%): MMK 130,500,000 payable within fourteen (14) business days of acceptance of the needs assessment report by the Buyer.
• Milestone 2 (40%): MMK 174,000,000 payable within fourteen (14) business days of delivery and approval of the complete curriculum framework and bilingual handbook.
• Milestone 3 (20%): MMK 87,000,000 payable within fourteen (14) business days of completion of all six teacher training workshops in Myanmar Yangon.
• Milestone 4 (10%): MMK 43,500,000 payable upon successful completion of the twelve-month technical support period and final sign-off.

Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account at a licensed commercial bank in Myanmar Yangon. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Myanmar commercial law.

All deliverables under this Purchase Order shall be completed and delivered to the Buyer's offices in Myanmar Yangon, or to the designated school locations within Myanmar Yangon as specified in the project timeline. The Curriculum Developer shall adhere to the following schedule:

• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Myanmar Yangon in accordance with the Myanmar Arbitration Law.
• The Curriculum Developer shall maintain full intellectual property rights over the curriculum materials developed, subject to a perpetual, royalty-free license granted to the Buyer for use in all public schools within Myanmar Yangon.
• The Supplier warrants that the Curriculum Developer assigned to this Purchase Order holds a minimum of a Master's degree in Curriculum Design or Education and possesses no fewer than eight (8) years of relevant experience in educational curriculum development.
• The Supplier shall comply with all applicable labor, tax, and regulatory requirements in Myanmar Yangon throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
• Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice in the event of material breach by the other party. Upon termination, the Buyer shall pay for all services satisfactorily rendered up to the date of termination.
• All communications related to this Purchase Order shall be directed to the designated contact persons listed in Section 1 and shall be in writing (email or registered post) to the Myanmar Yangon addresses provided.
• The Supplier shall provide a weekly progress report to the Buyer's procurement office in Myanmar Yangon for the duration of the active project phases.
