This Purchase Order is issued to formally authorize the procurement of professional services rendered by a qualified Curriculum Developer engaged by EduCraft Curriculum Solutions N.V. Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in three installments as follows:

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified by EduCraft Curriculum Solutions N.V. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-AM-04782) for proper reconciliation.

  1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both authorized representatives. All services described herein shall be performed in accordance with the professional standards expected of a qualified Curriculum Developer operating within the Dutch higher and professional education sector.
  2. The Curriculum Developer shall maintain full intellectual property ownership of pre-existing frameworks and methodologies. All newly created curriculum materials, digital assets, and documentation produced specifically for this engagement shall become the sole property of the Buyer upon full payment.
  3. All on-site work, workshops, and meetings shall take place at the Buyer's premises in Netherlands Amsterdam unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Supplier is responsible for arranging local transportation within the Netherlands Amsterdam area as itemized in this Purchase Order.
  4. The Curriculum Developer shall comply with all applicable Dutch data protection regulations (including the GDPR as implemented in the Netherlands) when handling any learner data, faculty information, or institutional records encountered during the engagement.
  5. Any changes to the scope, timeline, or deliverables outlined in this Purchase Order must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties. No additional charges shall be incurred without prior written authorization.
  6. The Supplier warrants that the Curriculum Developer assigned to this project holds a minimum of a Master's degree in Curriculum Design, Instructional Technology, or a closely related field, and possesses no fewer than eight (8) years of professional experience in curriculum development within European educational institutions.
  7. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Netherlands Amsterdam before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. The governing law shall be that of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
  8. This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance until 14 September 2025. Failure to sign and return the acknowledgment by this date shall render this Purchase Order null and void.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and deliverables specified in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Curriculum Developer in Netherlands Amsterdam.
