This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Madina Educational Services (Pvt.) Ltd., Pakistan Karachi, to engage the services of a qualified Curriculum Developer for the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive academic curricula for the 2025–2026 academic year. The Curriculum Developer shall deliver all materials in accordance with the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order and in compliance with the standards set by the Sindh Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (SBISE) and the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

- Scope of Work: The Curriculum Developer shall perform all services described in this Purchase Order in a professional, timely, and high-quality manner. All curriculum materials must be original, free from plagiarism, and compliant with the educational regulations of Pakistan Karachi and the broader Sindh province.
- Delivery Schedule: The Curriculum Developer shall submit the first draft of all curriculum documents within 45 calendar days of the Purchase Order acceptance date. Final, approved versions must be delivered no later than 30 August 2025 to allow for the commencement of the 2025–2026 academic year at the Pakistan Karachi campus.
- Acceptance Criteria: All deliverables will be reviewed by the Academic Director of Al-Madina Educational Services, Pakistan Karachi. The Curriculum Developer shall incorporate up to three (3) rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Acceptance is confirmed in writing by the undersigned authority.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 30% upon Purchase Order acceptance, 40% upon delivery and acceptance of all curriculum documents, and 30% upon completion of the professional development workshop series and final consultation period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Curriculum Developer's designated account in Pakistan Karachi.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all curriculum materials, assessment tools, workshop content, and related intellectual property developed by the Curriculum Developer under this Purchase Order shall become the sole property of Al-Madina Educational Services (Pvt.) Ltd., Pakistan Karachi. The Curriculum Developer retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios but may not reproduce or distribute the materials without written consent.
- Confidentiality: The Curriculum Developer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding student data, institutional strategies, and proprietary information encountered during the engagement in Pakistan Karachi. This obligation survives the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of five (5) years.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Curriculum Developer shall be compensated for all work completed and accepted up to the date of termination, as determined by the Pakistan Karachi administration.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Karachi in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions in Pakistan Karachi, or public health emergencies, provided that written notice is given within 48 hours of the event.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Curriculum Developer in Pakistan Karachi.
