This Purchase Order authorizes the procurement of professional services from a qualified Curriculum Developer to design, structure, and implement a comprehensive educational curriculum framework for the public school network in Peru Lima. The Curriculum Developer shall be responsible for aligning all instructional materials, learning objectives, assessment strategies, and pedagogical methodologies with the current National Curriculum (Currículo Nacional de Educación Básica – CNEB) established by the Ministry of Education of Peru. - This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the Peruvian Public Procurement Law (Ley de Contrataciones del Estado, Ley N° 30225) and its implementing regulations. All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall comply with the legal and regulatory framework governing public education in Peru.
- The Curriculum Developer and all associated specialists must hold valid professional credentials recognized by the Peruvian Ministry of Education and must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience in curriculum design and educational program development within the Peruvian context.
- All deliverables produced by the Curriculum Developer must be submitted in both Spanish and, where applicable, Quechua. Digital deliverables must be provided in open, accessible formats compatible with the Ministry's existing educational technology infrastructure in Peru Lima.
- The Curriculum Developer shall conduct all on-site work, meetings, and training sessions at the designated facilities in Peru Lima, specifically at the Dirección Regional de Educación Lima Metropolitana headquarters and at partner schools across the Lima metropolitan area.
- Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 30% upon contract execution, 40% upon delivery and approval of the core curriculum framework, and 30% upon final acceptance of all deliverables and completion of teacher training in Peru Lima. Each payment is subject to the submission of a valid Peruvian invoice (Factura) and supporting documentation.
- The Curriculum Developer shall maintain full intellectual property rights assignment to the Ministry of Education for all curriculum materials, frameworks, and documentation developed under this Purchase Order. No portion of the work may be reproduced, distributed, or adapted for commercial purposes without written authorization.
- Any modifications to the scope of work, timeline, or budget under this Purchase Order must be approved in writing by both parties through a formal addendum. Unauthorized changes to the Curriculum Developer's scope in Peru Lima will not be compensated.
- The Curriculum Developer shall comply with all applicable Peruvian labor laws, data protection regulations (Ley N° 29733 – Ley de Protección de Datos Personales), and child protection standards when working with students and educational records in Peru Lima.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to accept and commence work within this period shall result in automatic cancellation of this Purchase Order without liability to the Ministry.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the administrative channels established by the Peruvian State, and, if necessary, through the competent courts of Lima, Peru.
