This Purchase Order is issued by Metro Manila Educational Development Corporation (MMEDC) to formally engage the services of a qualified Curriculum Developer to design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive K-12 learning curriculum aligned with the Department of Education (DepEd) standards for the Philippines Manila region. The Curriculum Developer shall be responsible for creating modular instructional materials, assessment frameworks, teacher training guides, and digital learning resources tailored to the diverse educational needs of schools operating within the Philippines Manila metropolitan area.
The scope of work under this Purchase Order includes but is not limited to: conducting a needs assessment across 45 partner schools in Philippines Manila; developing 120 curriculum modules spanning Mathematics, Science, English, Filipino, and Araling Panlipunan; designing formative and summative assessment instruments; producing a 200-page Teacher's Guide; and delivering a 5-day professional development workshop for 300 educators in Philippines Manila.

- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 40% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon delivery of all curriculum modules and materials, and 20% upon final acceptance and completion of the professional development workshop in Philippines Manila. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by EduCraft Learning Solutions, Inc.
- Delivery Schedule: The Curriculum Developer shall deliver all completed materials no later than September 30, 2025. The professional development workshop in Philippines Manila shall be conducted between October 6 and October 10, 2025, at the MMEDC Training Center, Makati City.
- Compliance: All curriculum materials developed under this Purchase Order must comply with the most recent DepEd curriculum guidelines, the K-12 Basic Education Program standards, and applicable data privacy laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The Curriculum Developer shall ensure cultural sensitivity and inclusivity appropriate for the diverse communities in Philippines Manila.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the curriculum materials, assessments, guides, and digital resources shall be transferred to MMEDC. The Curriculum Developer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
- Revisions: Two (2) rounds of revisions are included in the scope of this Purchase Order. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges at the rate of PHP 15,000 per day.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Curriculum Developer shall be compensated for all work completed and documented up to the date of termination.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising herefrom shall be resolved through mediation in Philippines Manila before resorting to litigation in the proper courts of Makati City.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information exchanged during the execution of this Purchase Order. This obligation shall survive the termination of the agreement for a period of three (3) years.
MMEDC shall have fifteen (15) business days from the date of final delivery to review and accept or reject the Curriculum Developer's deliverables. Acceptance shall be confirmed in writing by the MMEDC Academic Standards Committee. Rejection must be accompanied by a detailed written list of deficiencies. The Curriculum Developer shall have ten (10) business days to address all noted deficiencies at no additional cost within the scope of this Purchase Order.
