This Purchase Order is issued by the Moscow State Educational Development Institute to formally procure the professional services of a qualified Curriculum Developer for the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive secondary education curriculum framework. The engagement is to be executed within the jurisdiction of Russia Moscow, in full compliance with the Federal Law on Education of the Russian Federation (No. 273-FZ) and the standards established by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

All services under this Purchase Order shall be performed primarily at the offices of the Moscow State Educational Development Institute located in the Tverskoy District of Russia Moscow, with additional on-site visits to partner schools throughout the Moscow municipal education district. The Curriculum Developer is expected to maintain a minimum of four (4) working days per week on-site in Russia Moscow during the active development phase. All deliverables must be submitted in both Russian and English to ensure accessibility for the international academic community operating within Russia Moscow.

This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both authorized representatives. All terms are governed by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and applicable commercial law in Russia Moscow.
The Curriculum Developer shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all proprietary educational materials, student data, and institutional strategies encountered during the course of this engagement in Russia Moscow.
Payment shall be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.1% per day as stipulated under Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Supplier warrants that the Curriculum Developer assigned to this Purchase Order holds a minimum of a Master's degree in Curriculum Design or an equivalent educational qualification, along with no fewer than eight (8) years of documented experience in educational curriculum development within the Russian Federation.
All intellectual property created specifically for the Buyer under this Purchase Order shall vest in the Moscow State Educational Development Institute upon full payment. The Supplier retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice in the event of material breach. In such cases, the Supplier shall be compensated for all work completed and documented up to the date of termination.
Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through negotiation, followed by mediation in Russia Moscow, and ultimately by the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow if amicable resolution is not achieved within sixty (60) days.
The Supplier shall comply with all data protection requirements under Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" when handling any information pertaining to students, educators, or institutional records within Russia Moscow.
This Purchase Order may be amended only by a written addendum signed by both parties. Verbal modifications shall hold no legal force.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Curriculum Developer services to be delivered in Russia Moscow. This document is executed in two (2) original copies, one for each party.
