- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- The Curriculum Developer shall comply with all Saudi Arabian labor laws, data protection regulations, and the Saudi MoE's curriculum development guidelines throughout the engagement period.
- All intellectual property created by the Curriculum Developer under this Purchase Order shall be the sole property of Al-Nour Educational Development Group upon full payment.
- Payment shall be made in Saudi Riyal (SAR) via bank transfer to the vendor's account in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice corresponding to a completed milestone.
- The Curriculum Developer must maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of SAR 2,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Curriculum Developer shall deliver all work-in-progress materials to the issuing organization.
- All Curriculum Developer personnel assigned to this Purchase Order must hold valid Saudi Arabian work permits (Iqama) and shall be subject to the vendor's employment obligations under Saudi labor law.
- The vendor shall not subcontract any portion of the Curriculum Developer services without prior written approval from Al-Nour Educational Development Group.
- Confidentiality: All proprietary educational data, student information, and internal curriculum strategies shared under this Purchase Order shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until all deliverables are accepted and final payment is completed.
