This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Educational Group A.Ş. to formally engage the services of a qualified Curriculum Developer for the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive K-12 educational curriculum framework. The Curriculum Developer shall operate primarily from the Istanbul metropolitan area, specifically within the districts of Kadıköy and Şişli, Turkey Istanbul, and shall be responsible for delivering all curriculum materials, pedagogical frameworks, and assessment instruments in alignment with the Turkish Ministry of National Education (MEB) standards and international accreditation requirements.
The scope of this Purchase Order encompasses the full lifecycle of curriculum development, including needs assessment, learning objective formulation, content sequencing, instructional design, formative and summative assessment creation, teacher training materials, and ongoing revision cycles. The Curriculum Developer is expected to conduct on-site workshops and stakeholder meetings at the Buyer's headquarters located in Levent, Istanbul, as well as at partner schools across the Turkey Istanbul region, including facilities in Üsküdar, Beşiktaş, and Ataşehir.

Payment for this Purchase Order shall be disbursed in four (4) installments as follows:

5.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Curriculum Developer for the services described herein. All work shall be performed in accordance with the professional standards expected of a certified Curriculum Developer operating within the Republic of Turkey.
5.2 The Curriculum Developer shall maintain all intellectual property rights to pre-existing methodologies and frameworks. However, all curriculum materials, assessment instruments, and training content specifically developed under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of Meridian Educational Group A.Ş. upon full payment.
5.3 All on-site activities, workshops, and meetings shall take place within the Turkey Istanbul metropolitan area unless otherwise agreed in writing. Travel expenses within Istanbul are included in the unit prices stated in Section 3. Travel to locations outside Istanbul shall be billed separately at cost.
5.4 The Curriculum Developer shall comply with all applicable Turkish labor regulations, data protection laws (KVKK – Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu), and educational licensing requirements when conducting activities in Turkey Istanbul.
5.5 Any modification to the scope, timeline, or deliverables of this Purchase Order must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. No verbal modifications shall be considered valid.
5.6 In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation in Istanbul, Turkey. Should mediation fail, the matter shall be referred to the competent commercial courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
5.7 The Curriculum Developer shall provide weekly progress reports to the Buyer's Project Management Office, detailing completed tasks, upcoming milestones, and any risks or blockers affecting the curriculum development timeline.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Curriculum Developer in Turkey Istanbul.
