- Payment Schedule: 30% upon execution of this Purchase Order, 40% upon delivery of the completed curriculum framework (Line Items 002 and 003), and 30% upon final acceptance of all deliverables and completion of the consultation period.
- Payment Method: All payments shall be made via wire transfer to the supplier's designated bank account. Remittances shall be processed from the buyer's accounts payable department located in United States San Francisco, California.
- Net Terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with California Commercial Code provisions applicable in United States San Francisco.

- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
