This Purchase Order is issued by the Buyer to procure the professional services of a qualified Curriculum Developer for the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive academic curriculum framework. The Curriculum Developer shall be engaged to create, revise, and modernize instructional materials, learning outcomes, assessment strategies, and pedagogical methodologies for the Buyer's undergraduate and graduate programs. All services under this Purchase Order shall be performed in Uzbekistan Tashkent, with the primary work location being the Buyer's campus situated in the Mirzo Ulugbek district of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

The Curriculum Developer is expected to possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in higher education curriculum design, a doctoral degree in education or a related field, and demonstrated familiarity with the national education standards of the Republic of Uzbekistan as established by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology. The Curriculum Developer shall work in coordination with the Buyer's faculty members, department heads, and the Quality Assurance Office to ensure that all developed curricula align with both national accreditation requirements and international best practices.

  • 3.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller for the provision of Curriculum Developer services. All terms herein shall be governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and applicable commercial regulations in force in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
  • 3.2 The Curriculum Developer shall commence work no later than 1 July 2025 and shall complete all deliverables by 30 November 2025. Any extension of the project timeline must be approved in writing by the Buyer's Director of Academic Affairs.
  • 3.3 Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 30% upon signing of this Purchase Order, 40% upon delivery and acceptance of all curriculum documents, and 30% upon completion of faculty training workshops and final quality assurance review. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the Seller's account in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
  • 3.4 The Curriculum Developer shall maintain full confidentiality regarding all proprietary academic materials, student data, and institutional information encountered during the course of work in Uzbekistan Tashkent. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of services.
  • 3.5 The Seller warrants that the Curriculum Developer assigned to this Purchase Order shall be a qualified, licensed professional meeting all requirements set forth by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any substitution of the assigned Curriculum Developer requires prior written consent from the Buyer.
  • 3.6 All intellectual property rights in the curricula, instructional materials, and related documents developed under this Purchase Order shall vest exclusively in the Buyer upon full payment. The Curriculum Developer shall not reproduce, distribute, or license any deliverables without express written permission from the Buyer.
  • 3.7 In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Should negotiation fail within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the Tashkent City Arbitration Court for final and binding resolution.
  • 3.8 The Seller shall comply with all applicable labor laws, tax obligations, and regulatory requirements of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the performance of services under this Purchase Order. The Curriculum Developer shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary work permits or registrations required to operate in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
  • 3.9 The Buyer reserves the right to conduct periodic progress reviews and site inspections at the Tashkent campus. The Curriculum Developer shall provide monthly progress reports detailing completed tasks, pending items, and any challenges encountered during the development process.
  • 3.10 This Purchase Order may be amended only by a written addendum signed and sealed by authorized representatives of both parties. No oral modifications shall be valid or enforceable.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Curriculum Developer in Uzbekistan Tashkent. This document is executed in two (2) original copies, one for each party, both of which carry equal legal validity.
