The vendor acknowledges that all goods and services are subject to review and acceptance by the designated Customs Officer prior to final payment. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada, including the Customs Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-39) and the Financial Administration Act applicable to government procurement in Canada Montreal.
  2. Delivery: All goods shall be delivered to the specified Canada Montreal locations no later than July 15, 2025. Delivery shall be made during standard business hours (08:00–16:30, Monday through Friday). The vendor shall coordinate delivery schedules with the receiving Customs Officer at least 48 hours in advance.
  3. Acceptance: The designated Customs Officer shall inspect all delivered goods within five (5) business days of receipt. Acceptance is contingent upon the equipment meeting all specifications outlined in this Purchase Order and applicable Canada Montreal customs operational standards.
