All physical items listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Guangzhou Customs Administration warehouse located at 128 Tianhe Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, no later than 30 July 2025. The supplier is responsible for all freight, insurance, and local logistics within the Guangzhou metropolitan area. The portable spectroscopic analyzer (Item 05) requires on-site calibration and a 2-day installation period at the Baiyun International Airport Customs Inspection Facility; the supplier shall assign a certified technician to complete this work. The professional training course (Item 06) shall be scheduled between 1 August 2025 and 15 August 2025 at a venue in Guangzhou to be confirmed in writing by the buyer.
Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in Renminbi (CNY) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. The payment schedule is as follows: (a) 30% advance payment (CNY 331,406.40) within 10 business days of the Customs Officer's supervising authority signing and approving this Purchase Order; (b) 60% (CNY 662,812.80) upon delivery and acceptance of all physical items at the Guangzhou warehouse; (c) 10% (CNY 110,468.80) upon completion of the training course and final acceptance of all services. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate of 0.05% per calendar day as stipulated under the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. All equipment must comply with the national standards (GB) applicable to customs inspection instruments and must carry the China Compulsory Certification (CCC) mark where required. The supplier warrants that all items are new, free from defects, and fit for use by a Customs Officer performing official duties at Guangzhou port and airport facilities. A minimum 24-month warranty is required on all electronic and mechanical equipment. Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Guangzhou. The supplier shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the operational details of the Customs Officer's deployment and shall not disclose any information related to this Purchase Order to third parties without written authorization from the Guangzhou Customs Administration.
Upon delivery, a designated representative of the Guangzhou Customs Administration, in coordination with the assigned Customs Officer, shall inspect all items against the specifications stated in this Purchase Order. Acceptance shall be documented on a signed Delivery Acceptance Certificate. Any non-conforming items must be replaced or repaired by the supplier within 15 business days at the supplier's sole cost. The Customs Officer shall provide a written operational readiness assessment for each piece of equipment before final acceptance is granted.

All equipment procured under this Purchase Order is designated for official use by the Customs Officer and is subject to the asset management regulations of the General Administration of Customs of China.
