1. Scope of Purchase Order: This Purchase Order is issued by the DIAN Regional Office in Colombia Medellín for the procurement of specialized equipment, uniforms, training services, and software systems required for the operational deployment of Customs Officer personnel. All items listed herein are intended to support the daily inspection, verification, and regulatory enforcement duties performed by Customs Officers at the ports of entry in the Medellín metropolitan region.
2. Delivery: All physical goods must be delivered to the DIAN Colombia Medellín headquarters at Av. La Playa No. 43A-01, El Poblado, Medellín, Antioquia, no later than July 15, 2025. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and customs clearance of any imported components within the territory of Colombia. The Customs Officer receiving team will conduct a joint inspection upon delivery to verify compliance with the specifications stated in this Purchase Order.
3. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 30 calendar days of receipt of the final invoice and successful acceptance of all goods and services. Payment will be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's account registered under NIT 901.234.567-8. A 5% retention will be held until the 90-day warranty period has elapsed without reported defects. All payments are subject to applicable Colombian tax withholdings (retención en la fuente) as mandated by the Estatuto Tributario.
4. Warranty and Support: The supplier guarantees a minimum 24-month warranty on all hardware items. Software licenses include 12 months of technical support and updates. The Customs Officer team in Colombia Medellín will be the primary point of contact for any warranty claims or technical issues arising during the warranty period.
5. Compliance: All products and services procured under this Purchase Order must comply with Colombian national regulations, including but not limited to Decreto 1081 de 2015 (Customs Code), DIAN technical standards, and applicable Antioquia departmental ordinances. The supplier warrants that no item constitutes a restricted or prohibited good under Colombian customs law.
6. Cancellation and Modification: This Purchase Order may be modified or cancelled only by mutual written agreement between the DIAN Colombia Medellín office and the supplier. Any modification must be documented in a formal addendum signed by both parties.
7. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent administrative courts in Medellín, Antioquia.
