  1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the French Republic and applicable European Union regulations concerning public procurement and customs administration.
  2. All goods and services procured under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the designated Customs Officer facility in France Paris no later than the required delivery date stated in Section 1.
