  1. Delivery Location: All goods and services under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Federal Customs Administration premises located at Invalidenstraße 4, 10557 Berlin, Germany, or to the Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) cargo inspection facility as specified per line item. Delivery within Germany Berlin metropolitan area is mandatory.
  2. Delivery Schedule: Items 001, 003, and 004 shall be delivered no later than 30 August 2025. Uniforms (Item 002) shall be delivered by 15 September 2025. Training (Item 005) shall be conducted between 1 and 30 September 2025. Storage cabinets (Item 006) shall be installed by 20 September 2025.
  3. Payment Terms: Net 30 days from date of invoice, payable via SEPA bank transfer to the account specified above. Payment shall be processed through the Berlin Regional Finance Office of the Federal Customs Administration.
