All goods specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Hauptzollamt München logistics warehouse located at Leopoldstrasse 12, 80802 Munich, Germany Munich, no later than 30 July 2025. 5. Payment TermsPayment for this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in accordance with the following schedule: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order; 50% upon confirmed delivery and inspection of all goods at the Germany Munich facility; and 20% upon successful completion of installation, commissioning, and the Customs Officer training course. All payments shall be processed through the Bavarian State Treasury (Bayerisches Staatsministerium der Finanzen) in compliance with the German Federal Accounting Code (Bundeshaushaltsordnung – BHO).
6. Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Munich, Germany Munich.
- The supplier warrants that all goods and services provided under this Purchase Order are free from defects and fit for the specific purpose of Customs Officer operations at German border and customs checkpoints.
- The Customs Officer designated as end user retains the right to reject any item that does not meet the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order or that fails to comply with German customs and security regulations.
