- This Purchase Order is issued by the Israel Customs Authority, Jerusalem Regional Office, and is binding upon acceptance by the Supplier. All goods and services described herein are procured for the operational use of Customs Officer personnel stationed in and around Jerusalem, Israel.
- Delivery of all items listed in this Purchase Order shall be made to the Jerusalem Headquarters at 12 Herzl Street, Jerusalem 91000, Israel, no later than 30 days from the date of issue. Delivery shall be DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Jerusalem, Israel, in accordance with Incoterms 2020.
- The Supplier warrants that all equipment conforms to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order and complies with all applicable Israeli Standards (SII) and European Union directives where applicable. All electronic inspection devices must carry CE marking and be registered with the Israel Standards Institute.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmed delivery. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the Supplier. The Israel Customs Authority reserves the right to withhold payment for any items found defective or non-conforming upon inspection by the designated Customs Officer receiving officer.
- The Supplier shall provide a minimum two-year warranty on all electronic and mechanical equipment. Warranty claims shall be directed to the Jerusalem procurement office and attended to within five (5) business days of notification.
- All data collected by body-worn cameras and thermal imaging devices shall be handled in strict accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations of the Israel Customs Authority. The Supplier shall certify compliance with data security protocols prior to installation.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts in Jerusalem, Israel. The parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating litigation.
- The Supplier acknowledges that the goods procured under this Purchase Order are intended exclusively for the use of Customs Officer staff of the Israel Customs Authority in the performance of their duties at the Jerusalem customs facility and associated checkpoints. Resale or transfer of any item is strictly prohibited.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or acts of war, provided that written notice is given within 48 hours of the event.
- This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the procurement described herein and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
