1. Purpose and Scope of This Purchase Order

3. Terms and Conditions
  1. Acceptance: This Purchase Order becomes binding upon written acceptance by the supplier. The supplier shall confirm acceptance in writing within five (5) business days of receipt. Failure to confirm shall be construed as rejection of this Purchase Order.
  2. Delivery: All goods shall be delivered to the Japan Kyoto Customs Inspection Facility no later than the Required Delivery Date stated above. The Customs Officer or designated representative at Japan Kyoto shall inspect all items upon arrival and sign the delivery receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours.
  3. The supplier warrants that all items are new, unused, and free from defects.
