All goods specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the General Customs Authority headquarters and the primary inspection terminal located in Kuwait, Kuwait City, Al-Salimiyah District, within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. The Supplier shall coordinate with the designated Customs Officer in charge of receiving to ensure proper unloading, inventory verification, and installation of all equipment. The training program (Item No. 09) shall be scheduled within sixty (60) days and conducted at the General Customs Authority training facility in Kuwait City. The Supplier bears full responsibility for transportation, insurance, and any customs clearance of the imported equipment into Kuwait, Kuwait City.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Kuwait (Kuwait National Bank, Branch: Salmiya, Kuwait City).
- Payment Schedule: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order; 50% upon confirmed delivery and installation of all physical goods in Kuwait City; 10% upon successful completion of the Customs Officer training program and final acceptance.
- Payment Currency: Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).
- Payment Due Date: Net 30 days from the date of the respective invoice.
- Late Payment Penalty: 1.5% per month on any overdue balance, in accordance with Kuwaiti commercial law.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait and the regulations of the General Customs Authority.
- All equipment must comply with Kuwaiti Standards and Metrology Organization (KSMO) specifications and international customs inspection standards.
- The Supplier warrants that all goods are new, free from defects, and fit for use by a Customs Officer performing official duties in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
- A minimum two-year warranty is provided on all electronic and mechanical equipment. Software licenses are valid for one (1) year from the date of activation.
- The Supplier shall provide a dedicated technical support representative based in Kuwait City for the duration of the warranty period.
- Confidentiality: All data, documents, and operational information related to the Customs Officer's duties and the General Customs Authority shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party.
- Dispute resolution shall be handled by the competent courts in Kuwait, Kuwait City, or by arbitration under the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry rules.
- This Purchase Order may not be assigned or subcontracted without prior written consent from the Buyer.
