Bhd., is required to complete full delivery and on-site installation within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. All equipment must be installed, calibrated, and verified by a qualified Customs Officer or designated RMCD technical officer before acceptance. The supplier shall bear all costs associated with transportation, insurance in transit, and installation within the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur metropolitan area.

Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in accordance with the following schedule: (a) Thirty percent (30%) advance payment upon signing of this Purchase Order; (b) Fifty percent (50%) upon successful delivery and installation of all items at the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur sites; (c) Twenty percent (20%) upon completion of the Customs Officer training programme and final acceptance sign-off. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's registered account. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO/CL/2025/04871) and be submitted to the Accounts Division, Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, no later than fourteen (14) days from the milestone date.

(a) This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of Malaysia and the Government Procurement Guidelines issued by the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia. (b) The supplier warrants that all equipment supplied is new, unused, and free from defects, and shall provide a minimum two-year warranty on all electronic items. (c) The supplier shall comply with all data protection requirements under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) when handling any Customs Officer personnel data during the training programme. (d) Any delay in delivery beyond the stipulated period shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%. (e) The Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, reserves the right to inspect, test, and reject any item that does not meet the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. (f) This Purchase Order does not constitute a guarantee of future orders. (g) All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur in accordance with the rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).

This Purchase Order is authorised for release by the undersigned officers of the Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. The supplier acknowledges receipt and acceptance of all terms by signing below.
