• Performance Standards: The Customs Officer shall ensure that all import and export declarations filed at the Netherlands Amsterdam customs offices are processed within the statutory deadlines prescribed by the Dutch Customs and Excise Tax Administration (Douane). Failure to meet processing deadlines shall result in a service credit of 5% of the affected line item for each occurrence.
• Regulatory Compliance: The Customs Officer shall maintain a valid license issued by the Dutch Ministry of Finance and shall comply with all applicable regulations under the Union Customs Code (UCC), the Dutch Customs Act (Douanewet), and all relevant European Union directives governing trade in goods within the Netherlands Amsterdam region.

• Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice period of sixty (60) days. In the event of material breach, termination may be effected immediately upon written notice.
