- Delivery: All goods and services under this Purchase Order must be delivered to the New Zealand Customs Service facility at Auckland International Airport, Mairangi Road, Auckland, New Zealand, no later than 08 July 2025. Delivery to the designated Customs Officer receiving bay is mandatory. The supplier shall coordinate with the on-duty Customs Officer for access to the secure delivery area.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 30 days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmation of satisfactory delivery by the authorising Customs Officer. Payment will be processed via the New Zealand Government's electronic payment system (eFTS) to the supplier's registered New Zealand bank account.
- Compliance: The supplier warrants that all equipment supplied under this Purchase Order complies with New Zealand standards (AS/NZS), the Customs and Excise Act 1996, and all applicable New Zealand Auckland port authority regulations. Any non-compliant item will be rejected at the Customs Officer's discretion.
- Warranty: All hardware items carry a minimum 24-month manufacturer's warranty. The supplier shall provide on-site repair or replacement within 5 business days for any defective item used by the Customs Officer in New Zealand Auckland operations.
- Confidentiality: The supplier acknowledges that this Purchase Order relates to sensitive New Zealand Customs Service operations. All personnel involved in the delivery and installation shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to accessing any Customs Officer work area in New Zealand Auckland.
